Where ever possible, we source and use quality, local seasonal produce that is environmentally sustainable, from a known source and cruelty free.

Our menus are seasonal in nature divided into spring summer and autumn winter, designed to take advantage of fresh local produce when it is at its best and to offer dishes that complement the changing seasons.

This provides us with the opportunity to utilise produce that is not available all year round without having to resort to using inferior imported produce, reducing the ‘food miles’ of the ingredients we use while supporting the local economy.

Finally, by updating our menus seasonally we are able to stay at the forefront of changing food trends.
