The aim of the Mezz Bar is to provide a casual, relaxed and moody environment within the confines of the Arts Centre building.

Epicure devised a contemporary take on the Tapas Bar offering small hot and cold seasonal dishes such as locally cured prosciutto, Mount Zero organic olives, char grilled artichoke hearts, Spanish style meatballs and sweets such as Creme Catalans and churros with rich chocolate dipping sauce; all accompanied by a specialised wine list by the glass.

The service style is professional yet relaxed with all staff having expert knowledge of the tapas dishes and wine selection. A stylish bar with food display has been designed to allow easy customer interaction and service. The space is set with comfortable lounges, ocasional and cocktail tables and stools and lit by subdued lamp lighting and candles with ambient music.
