The food and beverage service for the Members Dining Room and Bar delivers a memorable 'match-day' experience to members and their guests. Dominated on the one side by an extensive bar overlooking the ground and on the other by expanses of floor to ceiling glass walls overlooking the city, the dining room showcases contemporary dishes served on large white plates and crisp white linen napery in the style of some of Melbourne's favourite dining experiences.

The emphasis is on quality fresh produce showcasing contemporary Australian cuisine that can be delivered to a large number of diners and within a time period which will provide 'comfort' to diners that their sporting experience will also be met.

The menu includes favourites such as fresh shucked oysters and smoked salmon, veal osso bucco and grilled steak, with less expected offerings such as pork belly with sage and cider and Chinese roast duck with watercress and mint. A crusty bread selection accompanied by unsalted butter or extra virgin olive oil compliments the food, and side orders such as French fries and sautéed spinach are served.
