EPICURE was set up in 1989 by three foodie mates: Ros Harvey, Kevin Greenhatch and Michael Milburn. Presenting innovative seasonal menus using the best local produce, they quickly established themselves as Melbourne's leading caterers.
It's a simple food philosophy that has seen EPICURE become the market leaders in taste and eco-friendly practices. From Paddock to Plate we only use the freshest, local, sustainable produce from known sources. Combined with our commitment to socially responsible practices, including the reduction of our carbon footprint and putting back into the local community, EPICURE has set the benchmark for responsible catering. On top of this, we've grown to include an exclusive range of beautiful locations, with iconic venues for you to choose from. And we're more than happy to cater at the venue of your choice.
